Frequently Asked Questions

How do I send articles/thesis?

You only need to send an email to LGBTeses@gmail.com, named "Article/Thesis". In the email body, please include any information you find relevant regarding the archive you are sending. We ask you to submit the archives in attachment, preferably in .pdf. Please avoid sending links, except when strictly necessary – such as the case of videos, or other archives that may be too big to attach to an email.

Can I send something that has already been published, or should it be a new article/thesis?

LGBTeses does not publish articles and thesis asa journal would do. Our focus is to compile what has already been published, but is not easily accessible. We may in the future start a journal, but we will let you know if that happens (; For now, we are a database on LGBT related  topics. That said, you can send articles that have not been published yet, but in this case we kindly ask you to explicitly state in the email in which you attach it that you do not mind that your work is going to be included in our database.

How do I access your drive?

You can do it on the following link: https://goo.gl/AeNELn

I cannot open an archive, what do I do?

If you experience any such problems, email us in LGBTeses@gmail.com with the title "Archive problem". In the email body please indicate the name of the archive, the title for the thesis/article, and the folder in which it is in. We will try to solve it as soon as possible.

I found something offensive, what do I do?

If there is any offensive material on our drive, please let us know! We work for it not to happen, but the amount of articles and thesis does not allow us to read it all before uploading. If you come across offensive material, please email us in LGBTeses@gmail.com with the title "Offensive material". In the email body please indicate the name of the archive, the title for the thesis/article, the folder in which it is in, and why you think it is offensive. We will look at the flagged archive, and if it is discriminatory or offensive it will be removed.
